All persons bidding shall be deemed to have informed themselves of the conditions of the sale herein.

All buyers MUST register on the day of the sale,no lot will be sold to any parties without a bidding number.

A 10% or £1.00 (whichever the greater)buyers premium is applicable on all lots purchased.

A 10% or £1.00 (whichever the greater)sellers premium is applicable on all lots sold.

All lots are subject to an entry fee to be determined by the auctioneer.

The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bids he sees fit and advance the bidding up to and including the reserve.

Any lot offered for sale may be withdrawn or combined with another lot at the auctioneers discretion.

All lots are sold as seen as no guarantee is expressed or implied.

All electrical goods are sold as scrap and therefore deemed as unsafe and need to be tested by a qualified authority before use.

All goods are accepted in good faith,therefore any discription by either vendor or auctioneer is for guidence only.

Starting bid shall not be less than £2.00

The lots remain the sole responsibility of the vendor until the hammer falls whereupon it transfers to the buyer.

The organisers do NOT accept any responisibility as to the authenticity of any lot and are acting soley as agents.

All lots must be removed from the sale room on sale day,any items remaining will be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer.

Lots can be paid for by cheque with valid bankers card(one per registered bidder) or cash or mixture of both.
